When contacting us about an existing order, please include your full name, order number, and a brief description of what you need.

Custom Design Questions

Every lure can be customized at no additional charge. You can enter your paint instructions and upload a reference image directly from the product page. If you need help choosing a lure style, paint pattern, colors, or hook option, send us an email before ordering.

Order and Shipping Questions

Each lure is painted and finished to order. Our standard timeframe is:

Production: approximately 3 business days
Shipping: approximately 3–5 business days
Standard U.S. shipping: free

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when available.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your lure arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the lure, packaging, and shipping label.
